The therapy process looks different for everyone! The beauty of therapy is that there is no one size fits all approach, you are unique, and I will always ensure that the therapeutic approaches, modalities, and interventions that we use together are reflective of that. In the first session, this is a chance for us to start building our therapeutic relationship. There may be several questions I ask related to your life as a whole and I encourage you to ask me any questions you have as well. If at any point you do not want to discuss a certain topic, please let me know and we will skip past it and come back to it down the road if you so choose.
Before your first session please ensure the following to ensure a smooth start!
