As a therapist, my number one priority is finding what works for my clients. With that comes matching therapeutic modalities to their unique set of concerns, rather than the other way around. I try to make the perfect recipe combining elements from various modalities to ensure my clients will see the most progress during their journey.

I understand that starting therapy can be challenging, but also deeply rewarding. Whether you are looking for something specific out of therapy or have no idea where to begin, I will be here every step of the way and help you navigate your life with confidence. It may be that you are starting therapy because the stress of everyday life has taken control or maybe something significant has happened in your life that needs some extra care and attention. Whatever the reason may be, it is valued, accepted, and honoured within the four walls of my office.
Through collaborative work, I can assist you in crafting self-care plans that integrate seamlessly into your daily routines, create healthier coping strategies that enhance self-awareness and foster self-compassion during difficult times. My goal as a therapist is to help my patients understand themselves in more profound ways and create a lifelong happiness that shines from the inside out.
Education
I graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with my Bachelors degree in Psychology (hons) and shortly after, Yorkville University with my Masters degree in Counselling Psychology (hons). In addition to formal schooling, I actively continue to complete relevant trainings and participate in supervision to advance my knowledge and expertise.
Experience
I bring over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and adults in diverse settings, such as licensed childcare centers, schools, crisis helplines, multidisciplinary clinics and hospitals.
